Review
Golden Sword of BhakhorSTORY / GAMEPLAY
This is a text-adventure (aka an interactive fiction adventure) in which you use text commands to control your character and interact with the environment. You play the role of a young Prince trying returning his people to the peaceful and wealthy days and drive the Barbarians back to the inhospitable land from where they came. Your quest starts by standing before the great city walls of your home castle, trying to enter. When inside, you must live among strange people and survive. Note that the original game consists of three parts while its re-release (the Sam Coupe version).

GRAPHICS / SOUND
The game is a typical text adventure with static screens at the beginning for each of the three parts (i.e. standing before the great city walls at part one). There's not much to say on this, as the screens are simplistic on the original (ZX version), while there are a few (quality) more screens on the Sam Coupe running on 512Kb RAM (which was re-released a few years later from a different publisher).
